Refund policy

At Take Over Nail & Lash Supplies, we are committed to providing high-quality, professional-grade products. Due to the nature of our items and for sanitary reasons, we maintain the following return and exchange policy for both online and in-person purchases:

All Sales Are Final

• All polishes and products are final sale and non-refundable. This includes electronics, nail drills, nail lamps, lighting, dust collectors, etc. 

• We do not offer returns or refunds on any items once purchased.

• From time to time, we may accept returns for unused and unopened products, which we reserve the right to decide on a case by case basis. All returns that may be accepted are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

 

• Any products that are returned before communicating with us will be rejected and no credit for returning will be granted. 
  
  

Defective Items

• If you receive a product that is defective, you may be eligible for an exchange only.

• To qualify for an exchange:

  • You must notify us within one (1) day of your purchase.

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.
