U.S. SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY TIMES:

PROCESSING TIME IS TAKING 1-2 days DURING THIS TIME. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE CARRIERS DELIVERY TIME. WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE. 

Orders must be placed by 2pm PST to start processing the same day. Processing time typically process within 1-2 business days.  

Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday-Friday (excluding holidays, holiday weekends).offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all U.S. Orders $100 and over (excluding taxes and discounts).

Take Over Supplies store SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for any lost, stolen, custom fees, custom duties countries may apply, damaged packages or for any delay caused by act or default of the shipping carrier. Take Over Supplies Store is responsible for orders until they leave our warehouse facility ONLY. Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely.  

International Shipping Policy (Canada)

Take Over Nail & Lash Supplies, Inc. proudly ships internationally, including to Canada. Please note the following terms apply to all international shipments:

  1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
    International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination, carrier, and weight of the package. Customers will see estimated shipping costs and delivery timeframes at checkout.
    Please note that actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing and carrier delays beyond our control.

  2. Customs Duties, Taxes, and Tariffs
    All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or tariffs imposed by the destination country.

    • These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

    • All customs fees, import taxes, and related charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

    • Take Over Nail & Lash Supplies, Inc. is not responsible for any delays caused by customs inspections or the refusal of packages due to unpaid duties or taxes.

  3. Refused or Returned Packages
    If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs duties or incorrect address information, shipping costs will not be refunded. The buyer may be responsible for any return shipping fees incurred.

  4. Tracking Information
    Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow additional time for tracking updates while your package is in transit and undergoing customs clearance.
