We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges except in cases of defective merchandise reported within one (1) business day of delivery.

To qualify for review:

22. Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on the destination and carrier selected at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other uncontrollable circumstances. Once an order leaves our facility, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Take Over Nail & Lash Supplies, Inc. is not liable for lost or stolen packages after a confirmed delivery. Customers are responsible for tracking their packages and contacting the shipping carrier directly for claims.

23. International Shipping Policy (Canada)

  3. Refused or Returned Packages
    If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs duties, incorrect address information, or non-collection, shipping costs will not be refunded. The buyer may be responsible for any return shipping fees incurred.
